fell today now my view of a part thereof bag of pecans, and then I ventured to the experiment. Ingredients for 2 persons are thus:
200 g 100 g Farfalle
wild garlic 1 handful of pecan nuts 1 shallot
1 glass of Cava (if I had white wine, I would have taken the ...)
about 100 ml cream
50 ml milk
100 ml of broth (vegetable or meat broth, no matter)
olive oil salt, pepper
much parmesan
Cook the farfalle until al dente. Meanwhile, wash the garlic, dry, cut away the thick stems and then cut into strips. In a pan add the chopped pecan nuts a little roast, remove from the pan and set aside. The chopped shallot in olive oil, deglaze with Cava and broth, then add the cream and milk and boil for a few minutes. Then the chopped garlic to the sauce, along to drop and add salt and pepper. Finally, the Farfalle and stir in the nuts and serve immediately. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and eat with pleasure.
