What is this? Two pork steaks with wild garlic crust and potato cakes as a side dish (potato pancakes) with wild garlic. re has a wonderful dish that tasted excellent to us.

I've replaced the pork loin steaks with since I got my butcher at no more fillet. This also fit beautifully. Otherwise, I have the recipe unchanged but only for 2 people, nachgekocht.
