asparagus in the film

We love to eat asparagus and during the season, there it at least once a week with us. I basically only buy fresh, German asparagus. It tastes good to us simply the best. Whether he now comes from Baden (like the one we had today), or from the Schrobenhausener area, in my opinion still plays no role. Mainly fresh and not withered this sticks in the supermarkets.
The following recipe is one of the simplest but also one of the most delicious asparagus recipes. I found it so like in a cookbook by Alexander Hermann.

Ingredients for 2 People:

12 spears of white asparagus
a nectarine
peeled 6 thin slices of raw ham (black forest we like best)
4 sprigs tarragon
butter
salt, pepper

The asparagus is to cut the nectarines into slices. The 6 bars asparagus in the middle of a large piece of aluminum foil place (such as double-DIN A 4). Put the ham over the asparagus, to the nectarines and above or the tarragon branches as well as 2 pieces of butter. Season with salt and pepper. It looks like this:

The film is about the Asparagus and slammed tightly closed on all sides, so that no liquid can escape. In the oven at about 170 ° C (fan) for about 30 - 35 minutes to cook.
from the film directly onto the plate. Done. One might even eat potatoes. We have renounced it.
