So - after all the tips and information (many thanks) I just made my sourdough in the Küli .... was kinda busy so ...
have and forget it ....
now I have vacation and there's me again invaded the leaven glass ...!?
Well, It still smells of alcohol .... but I'm quite brave reingsteckt my finger and behold - it tastes sour but pleasant.
means: tomorrow is baked ... 'm curious ...
the way, my first sourdough bread was different not only in taste but also in the life ...
