This week in my Biokiste:
cabbage, cauliflower , carrots (as always ...), 1 pack watercress , mushrooms, onions beetroot and of course (as always ...)
First, I use the cabbage and that should give it cabbage rolls. This I need:
For the roulade:
- 8 large leaves of cabbage
- half of the remaining carbon
- 1 carrot
- 1 / 2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp. Quinoa seedlings
- a half a pack TK eight herbs
- salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 / 2 onion
- 1 celeriac
- 2 tomatoes
- vegetable
- 2 slices ginger, salt, pepper
the cabbage leaves are mixed with 1 Tbsp. Cumin a few minutes, blanched in salted water. Then cold deterred and set aside. That same water then the rest, chopped cooked cabbage is soft for about 10 minutes. The carrot shred, dice the onion and garlic finely. All blend together to give the quinoa seedlings and strong season with the herbs and spices. Then each 2 cabbage leaves together define and make the vegetable mixture on it: roll
Fold the cabbage leaves on rolls /, secure with thread so that they do not fall apart right and then prepare the sauce. let
In a sauté pan coated caramelize the sugar, then the diced onion, celery, ginger slices and add the tomato paste and take things a bit brown. Pour in the diced tomatoes, even anschmoren something with. Pour in vegetable broth.
