Being A Derivatives Trader

nurtured, cared for and now baked ...

My first sourdough bread. Everything worked as hard a loaf of bread that tastes right!
Since I rarely bake according to recipe I have some wheat, some rye flour, 2 tsp salt, 3 teaspoons bread spice and yeast (up to a residual) kneaded into dough, put in the box shape, and - due to the lack radiator heat - in the oven pushed in and turned on the oven light. After about 45 he has already blown up with almost the form .... a cup of water in the oven baked my bread min then about 50.

The little bread in the pot today with my wild herb salt a souvenir for the inauguration party.
Now I feed so on, and am looking forward to the next bread!
