... will be my first sourdough approach! For lack of furnace or heating heat (we have to heat up yet - we have 17 degrees plus!) I'll carry it all the time to some "hot" places. But looks very good - fine bubbles, the typical smell of champagne. By Wednesday I will still continue to maintain and then bake my first sourdough bread.
