Well, now I have something wrong with my sourdough approach .... This morning I've seen
after him, and immediately I was the extreme smell - much like alcohol - deterred. A milky Flüssigekeit built on the Teigansatz.
I assume that is upset :-(?
then probably on a new one ....
How to properly store a leaven, just wondering ...
